Building a team in your online business is one of the most important things you can do. My Amazon FBA business is a little bit more of an active business initially. 50% of the business is automated by Amazon who pack and ship my products.
I have a team of sourcers, reviewers and a team of purchasers. Think of every aspect of your business and think about who is doing all the different tasks. These are all team members you need to introduce into your team.
One of the biggest things I've learned over the last 24 months if you have to systematise and automate your business, which will allow you to be free!
You want to buy back your time so you can use it more strategically to do other things like outsource more in your business!
I recruit virtual assistants and physical employees, and you want to create working procedures for every role and task in your business. Depending on what roles you have, you should have job descriptions and working procedures for every task!
Break down your tasks and create a working procedure for it so that you can go and hire virtual assistants. Give them a clear job description and working procedure, and you start to build up confidence as a team!
Saving time by having virtual assistants do tasks for you will allow you to do other things, so I highly recommend creating working procedures immediately if you haven't already!
It's really important that you empower your team. I have empowered my team with the packing of products and the management of my Amazon FBA business.
There are going to be some mistakes that occur, but it's so important for you to learn from those mistakes and modify the working procedure to rectify what has happened.
This is all going to help you grow and expand your business, and your team will start to evolve in your business. This is what I've done in the last 24 hours. There have been multiple mistakes made in my business by multiple team members, but it's all about learning from it.
If you don't take that first leap, you can't expand your team and they won't grow in morale and competence.
