In this article, I'm going to show you the maximum life and business leverage. In my business, I’ve been working on business leverage. Like, how many should I need to be done in a specific period of time. Ultimately, wherever you are right now you have to think how productive you can be in due time.
Back in June 2015, when I was still starting my business, I do not have leverage. Unlike the other entrepreneurs who’s setting their leverage everyday. How many people do they have, systems and resources that are available to them. Any business person, everyone starts from zero leverage up to building their own leverage.
So, I came up with my own Leverage in the first business model that I have which is online arbitrage. How can I find products to sell high in amazon? How can I find products on online marketplace to sell from the X amount to the Y amount. Let me share with you the 3 basic concepts of leverage.
3 Basic Keys on Leverage
- Solid Foundation
You need a solid foundation to start your business. Treat your business as a building. The most important thing in the building is strong foundation to make it rise high until you reach your target goal. If you were still employed and you want to start you’re own business while you have your own boss, you need to have a strong foundation to get going. - Rapid Growth
Rapid growth is one of the basic concepts to consider. In starting your business, you have to set how fast does your business needs to flow. How can you make your business on the fast flowing phase. These concepts are applicable to any types of businesses whether it is an online or offline, a product or service oriented businesses. - Controlled Exraction
It is where the leverage started. How do you systemised your business. How do you effectively allocate your people in their respective departments.Every business will surely divided into some parts or departments where you have to plan the system for every parts of your business. Each part of your business should have systems from starting point up to delivering it to the end users.
