Amazon FBA Spreadsheet Overview – Master Your Money NOW
In this article, I'm going to share with you a demo of a financial spreadsheet overview which will give you clarity within your online arbitrage business if you use credit cards and you are not entirely sure what's going on with in terms of money coming in and money going out and all these things that are quite difficult to track.
I believe this is already master spreadsheet demo number 8. I've been using this master spreadsheet within my business for ever since the end of 2015 and at the beginning of 2016 when I wanted to come up with something in my business which allows me to see the overview of basically money, sort of like the credit cards and available cash and ultimately, I wanted to be sure of myself that I pay back balances and I've got money available.

Over the last couple of years, I've been talking about financials and cash flow within your online arbitrage business and ultimately managing all that. So, let me just share with you what this master spreadsheet is designed to do.
It's got three tabs:
- Weekly Financial Overview - shows you what money you've got available, what credit you've got available, how much credit you owe in your business
- Business Expenses - tracks how many expenses you've got in your business
- Business Expense Calendar - used for expected expenses
Weekly Financial Overview
The left-hand side of the Weekly Financial Overview tab gives you an overview of how much money you've got available for you, if you needed some money instead of just looking at different bank accounts, seller central, and all these different things..
For example, if you haven't got no draft, you just put zero. If you have four hundred available, you just put four hundred. Then in current balance, whatever balance you have available in your current account, say you had four thousand pounds. Let's say Amazon Balance that you've got on the Amazon seller central let's say that seven hundred and forty-three. Then in savings account, let's say there was four thousand five hundred pound in there and my second current account just for the purposes of splitting up taxes etc. I have automatic transfers from accounts and things to make sure that I've got my tax liabilities and make sure I'm saving etc. Let's say you had two thousand and five hundred-pound in there.
Then the next thing I wanted to know is like credit card statements and balances and when do I have to pay. It's really important that you track all these things and not having to log on and it's all just in a centralized location.
This section of the spreadsheet gives you the three figures that you need to be aware of: money available, credit available and credit owed. It lets you know if you paid back the balances, so you know you're not going to incur any interest charges.
You would just track how many expenses you've got in your business. Let's say Employee One was paid on the fourth of every month with three hundred forty- five pound. You would then be able to track what your total expenses are in your business or businesses. It tells you how much you're going to pay every single month.
Business Expenses Calendar
I basically use the Calendar tab for expected expenses. So, on the first of the month I would put in warehouse rent; second, I’ll put employee wage number one; and, the seventh of the month is virtual assistant pay. It will then show, on the seventh I've got to pay virtual assistants, two hundred pounds. I know I've got an incoming transfer from Amazon which is expected this day.
I don't come from a business background or anything like that I'm basically just adapting. I'm just thinking what do I need to see and then I'm coming up with a spreadsheet. I don't have any fancy software. I don't have an admin department with a full team crunching all these numbers and software and automatically doing it.
This is where you can modify things. You can add things exactly as you need and then you would have that reassurance of and know you've got money available because it recorded all the data for you, you know you've got credit available if you needed it, and you know how much credit you owe and more importantly you know you're paying back your balances. So this is a master spreadsheet template that I wanted to make available for you.
