Communication

The first thing that will happen before you join our FBA Prep Service UK is you will be invited to our Slack Communication Channel. You will have your own private channel, just for you to communicate with our team regarding your business. This allows you to communicate with us instantly, from your computer or your mobile phone, tablet, or whatever you prefer. Slack is a great method of communication because we can send videos, voice messages, pictures, links, whatever, allowing us to communicate comprehensively.

You will also get a welcome call with our Support Manager.

Master Spreadsheet

When you are in, you will be introduced to your Master Spreadsheet. This spreadsheet is another method of communication, detailing your inventory, how your shipments are getting on and anything we need from you; or you can communicate to us what you need from us.

Filling out the spreadsheet allows you to communicate vital information to us. So when you order a product to be sent to us, you fill out the details of the product on the sheet; the ASIN, the date you ordered it, the store it was ordered from, the order number, the expected quantity and whether it’s a bundle. This information allows us to anticipate your deliveries.

Once your products arrive, we check them in and fill out, from our end, the quantity we receive, the product ASIN we receive, where your products are kept within the warehouse and so on in terms of our internal communication. We now input the process date, the quantity out, the prep required (as per Amazon’s requirements) and fill out how many boxes we use in the shipment, so all this information is available to you and there are no surprises for you!

All of this information helps us determine what we need to do to prep your product. We have a Prep Management tab which populates automatically based on the information you and I input. This way, you know exactly what your expected bill is going to be, how many units we are shipping, how many boxes we are using and how long all this will take. You know absolutely everything that affects your business; just how it should be.

Quality Control – Platinum Vs Gold

If you are a Platinum Partner, we will create all your shipment for you.

If you are not a Platinum Member, have no fear because we can paste all of the information on your shipment contents in here and you can create that shipment on Amazon. You then provide us with a copy of the SKU download, which is simple to find in your Manage FBA Shipments tab within Seller Central. Then we can simply print that out and get your products moving to Amazon in the correct quantities!

Storage Items

There is a storage items tab. We record how many items of yours we have in the warehouse and how long they’ve been there.

Transparency

Using all these systems, both you and we know exactly what products have been shipped, what we had to do to prepare your shipment, when it was shipped and how much it should cost you. Our attention to detail has to be spot on because it’s incredibly important for you to get your products out in a sellable state, quickly and with no nasty surprises.
