My February 2019 Monthly Goals & Income Report: Lasting Relationships & Lack Of Balance Effect

February 2019 has taught me some really valuable lessons personally and professionally. I'm super looking forward to sharing them with you in this months goals and income report.

People ask me why do I openly share my goals, my progress, my successes, and my failures as I push forward everyday to build a life where I live on my own terms? There's many reasons for it but the biggest reasons I always come back to is 1. Accountability and 2. Integrity.

Life Success Engineer is a brand that shares the true road of life. The difficulties of adulthood, parenthood and entrepreneurship wrapped into one trying to navigate through life making sense of what we want to do here. I want to help others share what has worked for me and what hasn't which will hopefully support you in your journey. 

All the goals in 2019 are in alignment to my ultimate goals and visions for my life.

Every year I refresh this by completing the Life Success Engineer ultimate goal setting workshop and then following my personal 7 steps to setting goals. Feel free to use these resources if you want. 

February 2019 Theme: Lasting Relationships & Lack Of Balance Effect

For the first time ever, I hosted an event and a mastermind back to back. An intensive experience of organisation, preparation and taking massive action. The goal of actively pushing in person events is to build real lasting relationships focused on true results in life. I have found since helping people all around the world that the most powerful way for me to help someone is in person. The problem with that is not everyone can make it in person and that will always be the case however I'm never going to stop organising and planning events. The next thing February taught me is you have to become really good at understanding your strengths and weaknesses which comes in time and experience. As you build your life and business, you will learn a lot about yourself. You will learn what you do really well and what you don't. You will learn what you fear and how to manage your fear. You should challenge yourself to become better everyday but life is a balancing act which this month I really wanted to discuss in more detail. 

How do we build a life changing business while always growing in all our areas in life? Does life-work balance actually exist? I think the real answer is no. As you go into entrepreneurship, there will be many areas of life you neglect or lose focus on. The most important skill is to recognise this and act as required before it's too late.

For the first 6 weeks in 2019, I didn't have a day off. I pushed ALL IN and when I say all in, I mean I actively began, and managed over 10 brand new projects. The result of this meant everyday, I worked at least 15 - 18 hours. I've made some significant progress but it 100% came at the cost of my health. I've began to realise my body starts to tell me when I've gone too far. 

The amazing thing about this whole experience is that it has taught me another valuable lesson about my journey.

What an amazing place?! To go enjoy with the family and relax was incredible. It was the first holiday where we had a COO in place to oversee the whole operation and continue to push towards our goals. It really was the first taster of ultimate freedom. I wanted to share a couple photo's below.

FINANCIAL & WEALTH GOALS

1. I challenge myself to easily make £300,000 creating world class products and services impacting 1000’s of people’s lives by December 31st, 2019

Online Arbitrage Services is an all round service for anyone that is interested in building their Online Arbitrage business to 6 or even 7 figures. Having the experience since 2015 on systemising, automating and scaling the business, the service is there as support for others.

This was generated from other income streams and services rendered such as Udemy course sales and paypal affiliate commissions. 

2. I challenge myself to easily scale to £500,000 in our Wholesale Operations having systems in place to 100% automate operations fully by by December 31st, 2019.

Result: £27,442.00

Year Result So Far: £49,900.90

Steve, our new COO, has been in the business for 2 months now and big changes are being implemented strategically to set us up for continued growth in 2019. The Spring Fair was an awesome day to spend the day meeting suppliers. 

BUSINESS & MISSION GOALS

1. I challenge myself to easily hire a COO for the business that will become the day to day manager across all operations by December 31st, 2019

Result: Goal Achieved!

​We have brought in a COO into the business to help grow the business to the next level which for us has to be creating a monthly 6 figure physical products business and a monthly 6 figure brand business. To give us the capacity to do this, we had to make this bold move. Only working as a consultant at this time, awesome changes have already been implemented across the business.  

2. I challenge myself to easily launch the ​Massive Action Academy to provide world class results focused education for people looking to build total freedom in life through online businesses and personal development by December 31st, 2019.

Result: Started!

The current site is in progress and I am working on this heavily with my graphics designer right now. 

3. I challenge myself to easily launch the Online Arbitrage Mastery 3.0 Masterclass 6 week program helping people outsource, automate and systemise the entire business to create an online business asset to contributes to freedom in life by December 31st, 2019.

Result: Goal Achieved!

We launched the Online Arbitrage Mastery 3.0 Masterclass and are now on module 4 at the time of writing. It's an intense weekly course but I think it's great to be working with a group of highly motivated people each week. 

4. I challenge myself to easily relaunch the OnlineArbitrageServices.Com website with a total rebrand and massive update across the site by December 31st, 2019.

Result: Re-Launch Coming In March!

My graphics designer has been hard at work creating images and we are now going to schedule a full sale coming 10th March!! Watch this space! 

5. I challenge myself to easily launch the Online Arbitrage Manager Software. The ultimate all in one management software for Online Arbitrage Sellers to take their business to the next level by December 31st, 2019.

Result: ​Started!

Top secret... 

6. I challenge myself to easily Launch Online Arbitrage Mastery Master Spreadsheets 2.0 giving Online Arbitrage Sellers the best Spreadsheets package available to control and manage the businesses by December 31st, 2019.

Result: ​Started!

The 2.0 versions are scheduled for March release. 

7. I challenge myself to easily host 9 events and masterminds in 2019 to continue building relationships and push real results for real people by December 31st, 2019.

Result: First Events & Masterminds Achieved!

Amazing couple days in February! A big month in April coming up! 

8. I challenge myself to easily expand the ​FBA Prep Service UK business to 100 customers while improving the service with the use of a 2nd Warehouse & developing a software to manage the business by December 31st, 2019.

Result: Enrolment Open Now!

We have opened up the prep service to more customers and introduced Tier 5 and 6 to canter for Wholesale & Private Label clients. Get your form submitted here.

9. I challenge myself to build the Life Success Engineer Team to maximum quality required for customer service, satisfaction and real results by December 31st, 2019.

Result: ​Hired A Post Customer Support Manager.

I hired a new member of the team in January to ask as a follow up to anyone that has interaction with the brand. The goal is always to focus on real results and the only way we can support with that is to keep in contact. 

10. I challenge myself to easily launch MassiveActionMerchandise apart of the LifeSuccessEngineer Brand by December 31st, 2019.

Result: Goal Achieved!

Got a couple of designs made and super happy with them! 

11. I challenge myself to easily Launch MassiveActionMedia for people interested in building brands around their passions by December 31st, 2019.

Result: ​No Progress

Not made any progress here but I know I want to support others that want to make a difference to other people around the world.

12. I challenge myself to easily increase the Life Success Engineer Brand audience to 10,000 YouTube Subscribers, 5,000 Email List Subscribers and 10,000 unique visitors to the blog in a month period by December 31st, 2019.

FAMILY, RELATIONSHIP & FRIENDS GOALS

1. I challenge myself to enjoy a date night twice per month with Kylie having a night out having fun by December 31st, 2019. 

Result: Had a couple of awesome nights with Kylie and the family.

2. I challenge myself to go on a mastermind retreat with the guys to a abroad luxury location by December 31st, 2019. 

Result: Had a meal with the lads and planning something for May if possible.

3. I challenge myself to easily attend the Brain Cox live event enjoying the night with my son Theo learning about something we are both passionate about by December 31st, 2019.

Result: Goal Achieved!

It was a really nice night with Theo going to see Professor Brian Cox. Was really interesting. 

HEALTH & FITNESS GOALS

1. I challenge myself to easily hire a personal trainer that will get me into shape by December 31st, 2019.

Result: No Progress!

2. I challenge myself to easily use a meal prep service that will systemise my diet by December 31st, 2019.

Result: Progress.

Been using a Meal Prep all January but still looking at options. 

3. I challenge myself to easily introduce health supplements & daily juicers to support my vitality by December 31st, 2019.

Result: No Progress!

4. I challenge myself to easily complete Tough Mudder and 1 other physical event for charity that will test my physical abilities by December 31st, 2019.

Result: No Progress!

5. I challenge myself to easily run half a marathon by December 31st, 2019.

Result: No Progress!

6. I challenge myself to easily improve my sleep by investing in an aura ring to study the quality of sleep by December 31st, 2019.

Result: No Progress!

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT GOALS

1. I challenge myself to easily continue mediation apart of my morning routine using a muse band and studying the quality of being still by December 31st, 2019.

Result: Enjoying it. 

Every morning I try to start the day with a candle and silence. It's been very refreshing. 

2. I challenge myself to easily attend Tony Robbins Unleash The Power Within 2018 in London attending as diamond attendee to experience the absolute best and meet other entrepreneurs by December 31st, 2018.

Result: Ticket and Hotel Booked!

Just need to sort out my train now and then I am ready! 

3. I challenge myself to easily complete the Personal Power Program investing in myself to become the best version of myself by December 31st, 2018.

Result: No Progress!

Cannot start until after UPW. 

CONTRIBUTION & CHARITY GOALS

1. I challenge myself to easily launch the Tribe Of Arbitrager book to give as a free gift to the community sharing everyones insights into reselling online by December 31st, 2018.

I have to schedule more interviews in March!
