One thing that nobody really talks about online is, when you're at home and you're moving your boxes and you're lifting your shipments you are walking around the house with your boxes, you've got products coming in and out, it's a really bulky process. Online arbitrage is a bulky process.
One of the things that you don't want to do is, if you're doing that day in day out, if you're shipping a lot of boxes from home like we all do right at the beginning, what you don't want to do is you don't want to pull your back out you don't want to hurt yourself so Jake has come up again to share with you guys just some insights on correctly lifting stuff, correctly lifting your boxes and things, because no matter how much action you take, no matter how much hustling and work you want to take around the house: will do this box, will do that box, will do this shipping, will do that shipping, if you pull your back on the second day in your out of action, it's no good for anybody so a great idea from Jake to come up and just share his knowledge and sort of guidance on moving boxes about it could end up saving you from pulling your back out and pulling a muscle in your back or worse.
