Productivity Hack Yourself: Live In Peak State & Take Massive Action Everyday

The ability that you have to take massive action is literally going to determine how much progress you make and how quickly you make it. There are some people who seem to be able to take massive action all the time yet, you may feel like you’re not taking as much action as you want or you’re not as motivated as you want to be.
Be in your best state
This productivity hack I’m sharing with you today is a concept I’ve learned from Tony Robbins, and it’s about being in peak state. It’s about being in your best state before you do anything.
The state you’re in on a day to day basis will determine how you feel and how you do things. What Tony Robbins introduced us to is the idea that your state is determined by three things: your language, focus and physiology.
What you focus on, you feel. So if you focus on how difficult a task is, you’re going to feel that it’s difficult. On the other hand, if you focus on how easy a task is and how you’re going to take massive action on it, you’re going to feel like you can take massive action.
It’s the same with your body. If you had a boxer going into the ring, ready to fight and put their body on the line, how do you think they’ll walk into the ring? They’re priming themselves and putting themselves in peak state to take massive action.
Again, it’s the same with language and your beliefs. What does that boxer believe is going to happen when he walks into the ring? He’s going to believe that he can beat his opponent.
If you’re doing a task that you don’t want to do, your beliefs are going to make a huge difference in how you conduct yourself and take action on that task.
If you are going to start building your business online, you have to believe that it’s actually possible and that you can make it happen. You have to focus on it and put your body in a position where it will happen no matter what.
My peak state routine!
There are a couple of things that I do in my life and I start my videos priming myself so I’m ready to go. I use a rebounder, jump up and down and that puts me in a state where I’m ready to go. Now, if you couple that with motivational music like Eye of the Tiger by Rocky Balboa or the Gladiator soundtrack, you are ready and focused on the task at hand!
You are going to take massive action because you believe you are going to take massive action. This makes a huge amount of difference and you can actually do this for all areas of your life!
If you want to take action in terms of health and fitness, you can get yourself in this state of mind where you believe you are going to get the body you want. Do what you have to do to get yourself in that peak state.
If you’re in a relationship and you want to treat your partner, you believe that you’re going to make that person feel really special and purchase them a gift or do something nice for them. You believe that they’re going to really appreciate it. You might be loving and caring with your body with open arms or surprising them with flowers, and the language you use might be saying things like “I missed you” or “I love you”.
It makes a huge difference and if you can start to condition yourself to make this a ritual, the productivity spike you’re going to experience is going to be incredible because now you are focused on all of the areas of your life.
It’s all about focus. What do you believe? What is the language you are using? What are you saying to yourself? What can you do for your body?
